Design Thinking: Béla Nektar

In Graduate School, one of the buzzwords professors love to discuss is "Design Thinking." Design Thinking is an iterative process in which we seek to understand the user, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems to identify alternative strategies and solutions that might not be instantly apparent with our initial level of understanding (Dam and Siang). Design Thinking enables companies to understand consumer needs to serve their audience better. For this project, I contacted different companies to learn how organizations applied Design Thinking. I spoke with Béla Nektar founder Lauren Bradley to learn how the company incorporates its mission and vision into its products.



1. What makes Béla Nektar different from other companies?

Béla Nektar is a luxury wellness brand dedicated to evolving humankind. We use full spectrum, natural, whole sources that bring about well-living and radiance through the harmony of Earth's Kingdoms working together in cooperative co-creation.


Béla Nektar is not just a brand; it's a way of Being. We educate our clients on groundbreaking truths and materials available as they come into focus. By participating in our mission by purchasing a product, you enter a forcefield and community of new thinkers, way showers, and changemakers.

2. How can nature promote healing?  

We ARE nature. We remember this, and we cultivate coherence, nourishment, and balance by becoming the resonance of our natural nature. Nature is healing/health. From the rhythm of the heavens in constant movement to the full spectrum of nature's recipes- nature's way is the only way to wholeness.

3. How does Béla Nektar incorporate its mission and vision into its product offerings?

We are the leader in nose-to-tail beauty, incorporating ancestral plant animal and mineral ingredients that are time-tested, organic, wild-harvested, and sustainable. We are not vegan, plant-based, fat-phobic, fear-based, trend-based, or prescriptive. We follow a longer timeline for our beauty choices.


The most luxurious gift to your body is nature in its whole form. Our products deliver whole-sourced vitamin complexes that contain a full spectrum of naturally occurring co-factors, leading to better absorption and utilization by the body due to the synergistic interactions. We refuse to use isolates.

4. What is the future of the company?

Our vision is to respectfully harness our beautiful world’s powerful elements, reconnecting humanity to the art and science of nature in its purest form. Our tools evolve through our explorations and creativity, interweaving skincare, supplements, education, fashion, and products.

The Products, Béla Nektar, are weaving into a full lifestyle platform, Béla Gusta, to debut membership this Spring.
