Thank you.

When I started this blog in February 2021, the world looked very different. We were deep in the COVID-19 lockdown, and two UNC Hussman professors (V.K. Fields and Gary Kayye) assigned me the same task: start a blog. What felt like a simple class requirement became the springboard for my professional life. I didn’t know that then. I only knew I had to publish three times a week.

And when you don’t yet understand the environment, it’s easy to be fearless. So I was brave. I DMed any and every company. One said yes, then another, and suddenly the momentum took on a life of its own.

Now, as I write my 500th post, I’m excited not only to continue growing this blog but to celebrate this milestone with you through a new series: Husstling Around Town IRL.

This series brings the blog to life as a space for you to build community, support non-profits, meet local entrepreneurs, and discover hidden gems right in your city.

Our first event will be held on November 29th at Drip Coffee in Fort Lauderdale from 1–3 PM, and I hope to see many of you there.
